As a lifelong Chicago resident, Donna knows the city and its various neighborhoods well, specializing in neighborhoods such as River North where she currently resides, as well as the Gold Coast, Streeterville, the Loop, West Loop, South Loop, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Uptown, Lincoln Square, and many more areas where she has successfully concluded on many transactions both for her clients and for herself. She is also very familiar with suburban areas such as Evanston, Oak Park, Wilmette, Winnetka, Hinsdale, Flossmoor, and others, having worked with many buyers and listings in those areas.
Donna is also an Accredited Distressed Property Representative and has worked with several buyers and sellers of such challenged properties. Conversely, on the other side of the spectrum, she is a Luxury Collection Specialist.
